Project Info
A large-scale residential development comprising 250 staff housing units across five apartment blocks, with 50 units in each block. The master plan is organised around a central landscaped pedestrian spine with plazas, greenery and water features, creating a strong shared community space while keeping vehicular circulation largely to the periphery. The planning balances efficient residential density with openness, connectivity and a comfortable campus living environment.
